With the current wording, users might think that the -F option is not
required as long as the script is placed in the default path. Be clear
that the option is always required. Also includes some minor language
improvements in the rest of the comment.

Make sure the error log of fsfreeze hooks
when freeze/thaw/snapshot could be logged
to system logs if the default logfile of
qga can't be written or other situations

The hook already skips a set of rpm upgrade artifacts.
Do the same with such files that might be created by dpkg.

- fsfreeze-hook : execute scripts in fsfreeze-hook.d/
- fsfreeze-hook.d/mysql-flush.sh.sample : quiesce MySQL before snapshot
