66d2f665e1 hw/arm/virt: Allow user-creatable SMMUv3 dev instantiation
Allow cold-plugging of an SMMUv3 device on the virt machine when no
global (legacy) SMMUv3 is present or when a virtio-iommu is specified.

This user-created SMMUv3 device is tied to a specific PCI bus provided
by the user, so ensure the IOMMU ops are configured accordingly.

Due to current limitations in QEMU’s device tree support, specifically
its inability to properly present pxb-pcie based root complexes and
their devices, the device tree support for the new SMMUv3 device is
limited to cases where it is attached to the default pcie.0 root complex.

499e53cce9 vfio: Introduce new files for VFIORegion definitions and declarations
Gather all VFIORegion related declarations and definitions into their
own files to reduce exposure of VFIO internals in "hw/vfio/vfio-common.h".
They were introduced for 'vfio-platform' support in commits
db0da029a1 ("vfio: Generalize region support") and a664477db8
("hw/vfio/pci: Introduce VFIORegion").

To be noted that the 'vfio-platform' devices have been deprecated and
will be removed in QEMU 10.2. Until then, make the declarations
available externally for 'sysbus-fdt.c'.

32cad1ffb8 include: Rename sysemu/ -> system/
Headers in include/sysemu/ are not only related to system
*emulation*, they are also used by virtualization. Rename
as system/ which is clearer.

Files renamed manually then mechanical change using sed tool.

d1af78745c hw/core: fix platform bus node name
"platform" is not a valid name for a bus node in dt-schema, so warnings
can be see in dt-validate on a dump of the riscv virt dtb:

/stuff/qemu/qemu.dtb: platform@4000000: $nodename:0: 'platform@4000000' does not match '^([a-z][a-z0-9\\-]+-bus|bus|soc|axi|ahb|apb)(@[0-9a-f]+)?$'
        From schema: /home/conor/.local/lib/python3.9/site-packages/dtschema/schemas/simple-bus.yaml
"platform-bus" is a valid name, so use that instead.

d24a7bc24e hw/core: Move the ARM sysbus-fdt to core
The ARM virt machine currently uses sysbus-fdt to create device tree
entries for dynamically created MMIO devices.

The RISC-V virt machine can also benefit from this, so move the code to
