547d94ffc6 .gitpublish: use origin/master as default base
This is very much the result of my recent fat finger but I think it's
safer to assume that origin/master points to a recent commit (or at
least a commit a given branch is based on) than master.

08bb160e02 Add a git-publish configuration file
git-publish [1] is a convenient tool to send patches and has been
popular among QEMU developers. Recently it has been made available in
Fedora/Debian official repo.

One nice feature of the tool is a per-project configuration with
profiles, especially in which the cccmd option is a handy method to
create the Cc list.
