Mark Cave-Ayland af2a8bfb3c hw/vfio/types.h: rename TYPE_VFIO_PCI_BASE to TYPE_VFIO_PCI_DEVICE
This brings the QOM type name in line with the underlying VFIOPCIDevice structure.
