Kevin Wolf 0ab1c41d1c qapi/job: The next release will be 3.0 ... Commit 51f63ec7d tried to change all references to 2.13 into 3.0, but it failed to achieve this because it was not properly rebased on top of the series introducing qapi/job.json.
