Create host IOMMU device instance in vfio_attach_device() and call .realize() to initialize it further. Introuduce attribute VFIOIOMMUClass::hiod_typename and initialize it based on VFIO backend type. It will facilitate HostIOMMUDevice creation in vfio_attach_device().
